License your pet
Purchase a SUVAS license for a new pet. You’ll upload a current rabies certificate.
Renew a license
Look up your pet’s existing license by tag, microchip, or owner name and renew.
Update your address
Move addresses so license renewal mail reaches you. No call required.
Report a lost pet
Notify SUVAS + the network of clinics so a found animal gets matched back to you.

Call SUVAS at (801) 851-4080 as soon as you can. Animal control and partner clinics get notified so a found pet can be matched back to you.
